Maarit Lassander, PhD
I am passionate about helping people improve their well-being and find small but significant solutions for better outcomes. As a non-fiction author, researcher, psychotherapist, and Doctor of Psychology, I believe that a human-centered perspective is the way to do things more responsibly and effectively.
My work is centered on understanding better, what drives and changes human behaviour. For the past 15 years I have worked with governments and international organisations around the world on how to use behavioural science to improve policy outcomes and increase the use of evidence-based policy. I believe in the power of emotionally intelligent, socially responsible, and purpose-driven solutions to create a more sustainable and equitable world.
My writing focuses on the intersection of financial well-being, identity, and purpose. I develop and deliver personal finance workshops that help individuals understand their money stories, cultivate a healthy financial balance, and align their financial decisions with their values.

Mika Lassander, FM, Ph.D.
I am an experienced and analytical researcher, working with companies' marketing teams to find the right research solutions. My diverse work experience has been accumulated in domestic and international research organizations, as a private entrepreneur, freelance researcher and consultant, and as an expert in non-governmental organizations.
I adapt our research services to focus on understanding the psychological factors influencing financial decision-making and well-being in the workplace. I explore the role of organizational culture, expectations, and unconscious biases in shaping employee experiences and outcomes. And I investigate the link between personal and planetary well-being, helping organizations foster a sense of purpose and environmental responsibility among their employees.
By providing insights into these critical areas, I support our clients in delivering research-based solutions that drive both business success and positive social impact.
